Follow up with production planning for product availability on the required time for shipping, depending on customer orders "Make To Order" or "Make To Forecast" and vessels schedules. Confirm sales orders on SAP prior to loading. Align with ware house for products shelf life before loading, depending on customer's customs regulations. Communicate with customers for order loading with shipping details and draft documents on loading day. Prepare the set of shipping documents depending on Letter of Credit requirements, or customs clearance requirements at customers side. Align with production planning for any changes in the order required by customer. Follow up with banks for LCs and original shipping documents submission. Reporting actual sales vs Business Plan and vs Rolling Estimate on daily basis to stand on the company closing figures and the volume at risk, if any.
